Please extend my special thanks to Bill  for driving me to the airport and assisting me with the check-in procedures. You are a very intelligent trio and have given me great pleasure meeting with you all and discuss business.

In moving forward, we would like to order some samples; 3 of the APL-48-40 and 4 of the APL-48-30. I will be having a meeting with Alan Tong and the other 2 partners tomorrow to discuss the latest details on our requirements and get back to you soon.

I greatly appreciate your patience and working with us over this time period, and I am very excited to say that we are ready to move on to the next level of production with our project! I have great news for you that I am very happy to say we have performed much of our testing and found that the board as it currently is will support our project, and we would love to move forward with it and get ready to purchase large orders soon in the fall, my friend. 

We have worked hard to put together all of the specifications for the project into a very easy chart attached below (Genix Spec Spreadsheet) for you, which describes specifically what we need on the boards, which is very similar to how they are now. We want to get this in a document for you to know what we want and that we are agreeing that this is very good and we are not making big changes any longer. We have very much appreciated you helping us get to this point.

At this time, we'd love to purchase 100 boards from you. These will be for our certification testing purposes, which will be our last small quantity before our big order in the fall, which we will place in the next couple months once we can certify our product. For the this order and the large order please do quote me on what our cost is for the following quantities: 100, 1000, 10000.
